Biography
Karen graduated from Tri-State (Trine) University in 1995 with a BS in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She received her MS in Counseling Education from The University of Dayton in 1999 and has been independently licensed since 2005. Karen currently serves as a mental skills consultant to several local scholastic and club teams as well as other South Jersey area athletes. In addition to her work with athletes, she uses those same techniques designed to assess and enhance mental skills with several small business owners she consults.
